Through prayer, relationship-building and sharing of resources, the Wheaton Franciscans collaborate with organizations whose mission and priorities are similar to ours. We focus primarily on the following areas: care of creation; health and dental in underserved areas; refugees and immigrants; women and children in vulnerable situations; and other purposes that align with our values. We are currently connected to nearly 100 organizations.

Exodus World Service
Park Ridge, IL
Exodus World Service is a volunteer-based organization which serves Chicago-area refugees. They equip the Christian community to provide refugees with friendship and help as they rebuild their lives. They offer New Neighbor programs that provide relational connection and support, such as help with cultural adjustment, practicing English, studying for the citizenship exam, mentoring kids, and more. Exodus also offers Pack programs that provide needed items, such as household goods to set up a refugee’s apartment, baby supplies, and groceries.
