Meeting the Needs of the Time
We are the United States Region of an international congregation responding to the needs of the times since our founding by Mother Clara Pfaender in 1860.
Our Franciscan spirituality calls us to live the gospel life discovered through contemplation and action, recognizing that All are one and in respect for all of God’s creation.
Collaboratively we continue to meet the needs of the times through our social and environmental justice ministries, spirituality and communication ministries, and community.
