Through prayer, relationship-building and sharing of resources, the Wheaton Franciscans collaborate with organizations whose mission and priorities are similar to ours. We focus primarily on the following areas: care of creation; health and dental in underserved areas; refugees and immigrants; women and children in vulnerable situations; and other purposes that align with our values. We are currently connected to nearly 100 organizations.

Catholic Charities – Archdiocese of Milwaukee
Milwaukee, WI
Founded in 1920, Catholic Charities-Archdiocese of Milwaukee’s mission is “to provide service to those in need, to advocate for justice and to call upon others to do the same”. Their priority is to serve people affected by poverty throughout the 10 counties of southeast Wisconsin. Their Refugee and Immigration Services program (RIS) which began in 1999 provides direct legal services to low-income immigrants who live within the Archdiocese, offers accurate and up-to-date information to the immigrant community, and helps immigrants to fully become members of their new communities.
