Through prayer, relationship-building and sharing of resources, the Wheaton Franciscans collaborate with organizations whose mission and priorities are similar to ours. We focus primarily on the following areas: care of creation; health and dental in underserved areas; refugees and immigrants; women and children in vulnerable situations; and other purposes that align with our values. We are currently connected to nearly 100 organizations.

The Christine Center
Willard, WI
The Christine Center provides a place where individuals can experience peace, solace, and renewal. The Center serves people who find connection with the Franciscan values of the Christine Center. They provide programs in spirituality, spiritual direction, and both group and individual retreats to about 2000 persons a year. Nearly 1500 retreatants attend onsite seminars and another 500 individuals reserve cabins at the Center for Private retreats including art and spiritual guidance. The Center also engages in practices to maintain the natural diversity of the environment and to enhance the ecological sustainability of the Center.
