Through prayer, relationship-building and sharing of resources, the Wheaton Franciscans collaborate with organizations whose mission and priorities are similar to ours. We focus primarily on the following areas: care of creation; health and dental in underserved areas; refugees and immigrants; women and children in vulnerable situations; and other purposes that align with our values. FCJM – Timor Leste Indonesia Mission
FCJM Formation for Youth
Ailoklaran, Dili
The formation program of the Timor Leste Indonesian Mission has had remarkable growth since its creation in 2010. Young women who search for spiritual enrichment and want to discern their call to religious life as FCJM have joined the program. At the formation house they find a proper place and mentoring in accordance with the spirituality and the spirit of the FCJM Congregation founder Mother Clara Pfaender and the hope of the Church and the state of Timor Leste. Because of this growth of the formation program, they also expanded their facilities to meet the need for the 31 Sisters currently there and provide for their future.
