Through prayer, relationship-building and sharing of resources, the Wheaton Franciscans collaborate with organizations whose mission and priorities are similar to ours. We focus primarily on the following areas: care of creation; health and dental in underserved areas; refugees and immigrants; women and children in vulnerable situations; and other purposes that align with our values. We are currently connected to nearly 100 organizations.

Conservancy for Healing and Heritage
Healing Garden
Franklin, WI
The mission of Conservancy for Healing and Heritage is to conserve and develop 36 acres of forestland with glacier lake in Franklin, WI. The organization offers programs covering topics in education, well-being, health, and conservation/environment which take place at the land of the Conservancy. Recently the group completed the creation of a Healing Garden located just outside the doors of the Reiman Center for Cancer Care in Franklin, WI. The Garden wraps around the Healing Chapel of the Conservancy and serves as a benefit to the patients, families, and staff of the Reiman Cancer Center. At the Healing Garden of the Conservancy is also located a Birding Observation Deck which provides opportunities to individuals to watch the birds, relax and reflect. The Deck also serves as a platform for education about the flora and fauna that inhabit the woodland of the Conservancy.
