Through prayer, relationship-building and sharing of resources, the Wheaton Franciscans collaborate with organizations whose mission and priorities are similar to ours. We focus primarily on the following areas: care of creation; health and dental in underserved areas; refugees and immigrants; women and children in vulnerable situations; and other purposes that align with our values. We are currently connected to nearly 100 organizations.

Orphanage Panti Pius/FCJM
Indonesia-Province of the Immaculate Conception
The Orphanage Panti Pius, established on April 5, 1998, and managed by the Franciscan Sisters (FCJM Congregation), currently supports 35 children aged 6-19. The orphanage focuses on protecting and educating vulnerable children, fostering their spiritual and personal development, and teaching practical life skills like sewing, gardening, cooking, and livestock raising. During the COVID-19 pandemic, they adapted by providing online learning support and modifying school and spiritual activities.
