Through prayer, relationship-building and sharing of resources, the Wheaton Franciscans collaborate with organizations whose mission and priorities are similar to ours. We focus primarily on the following areas: care of creation; health and dental in underserved areas; refugees and immigrants; women and children in vulnerable situations; and other purposes that align with our values. We are currently connected to nearly 100 organizations.

The Boulevard of Chicago

For over 29 years, The Boulevard of Chicago has been transforming the lives of thousands of homeless individuals in the Chicago area. It is one of the medical respite care facilities in Illinois, dedicated to serving homeless individuals through a continuum of services. The agency provides high quality, cost-effective medical respite care, holistic support, and transitional housing services. Annually it helps more than 700 individuals break the cycle of homelessness, restore their health, and rebuild their lives.
