Through prayer, relationship-building and sharing of resources, the Wheaton Franciscans collaborate with organizations whose mission and priorities are similar to ours. We focus primarily on the following areas: care of creation; health and dental in underserved areas; refugees and immigrants; women and children in vulnerable situations; and other purposes that align with our values. We are currently connected to nearly 100 organizations.

PCC Community Wellness Center

PCC provides crucial access to essential primary and preventive health care services to medically underserved populations. As a medical home, PCC offers services conveniently within one network, and in some cases, one facility, allowing patients to benefit from a high level of care continuity, despite a patient’s inability to pay. To best support their patient population, PCC extends primary care, integrated behavioral health and oral health care, and support services to their patient population through the use of telemedicine and in-office patient care. The agency serves approximately 47,000 unduplicated patients per year.
