This year we join in celebrating the 50th anniversary of Earth Day and the 5th anniversary of Laudato Si. Like many communities we have found alternative ways to celebrate the these milestone celebrations. On this page you will find a variety of resources to inform and inspire.
The theme for Earth Day 2020 is climate action. Climate change represents the biggest challenge to the future of humanity and the life-support systems that make our world habitable. The global pandemic has been a stark reminder that “we are all connected.” Together we can make a difference.
Celebrate Earth Day every day — take action – take a walk, pick up trash, plant a tree, plan your vegetable garden, recycle, read more, and vote earth.
