Whether you are seeking personal growth, professional development, or simply want to enhance your overall well-being, this transformative workshop is designed to help you reach your potential.
Participants will go through a guided process that includes a gratitude practice, effective goal-setting techniques, and a creative method for orienting one’s self on the wonderful possibilities ahead. Prayer, reflection, journaling, sharing, and visualization will be incorporated to achieve better alignment with one’s true self.
