On Friday, August 16, participants attending the Leadership Conference of Women Religious (LCWR) Assembly in Orlando, Florida, will engage in a contemplative experience. This event will focus on solidarity with the world’s fragility and responding as bearers of the gospel. The contemplative prayer experience will be live-streamed and open to all who wish to pray in solidarity with vowed women religious around the nation.

The Wheaton Franciscans will host an opportunity to gather as a community to pray, reflect, and share. Through the arts, readings, and reflective questions, participants will lament global suffering, believing that lament and grief must precede embracing new realities as gifts.

If you would like to join the Wheaton Franciscans on Friday, August 16,  please RSVP by Wednesday, August 14, 2024 to connect@wfsisters.org.
