Through prayer, relationship-building and sharing of resources, the Wheaton Franciscans collaborate with organizations whose mission and priorities are similar to ours. We focus primarily on the following areas: care of creation; health and dental in underserved areas; refugees and immigrants; women and children in vulnerable situations; and other purposes that align with our values. We are currently connected to nearly 100 organizations.

Thrive Counseling Center
Oak Park, IL
Operating for more than 125 years, Thrive Counseling Center provides comprehensive mental health services to individuals and families in the Oak Park and River Forest communities. Services include individual, couples, family, and group counseling; psychiatric services; 24/7 crisis response; case management; and suicide prevention training. Thrive has recently expanded its capacity through a 33% increase in staff, the introduction of a new case management program, implementation of a new Electronic Health Record system, and the transition to in-house billing services.
