Through prayer, relationship-building and sharing of resources, the Wheaton Franciscans collaborate with organizations whose mission and priorities are similar to ours. We focus primarily on the following areas: care of creation; health and dental in underserved areas; refugees and immigrants; women and children in vulnerable situations; and other purposes that align with our values. We are currently connected to nearly 100 organizations.

St. Coletta of Wisconsin: Grace Landing
Brookfield, WI
Grace Landing, a program of St. Coletta of Wisconsin, provides residential and day services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Wisconsin and northern Illinois. Guided by Franciscan values of compassion, dignity, and respect, the program currently serves 24 adults and provides individualized support designed to promote independence, quality of life, and community participation. As residents age, Grace Landing is responding to increasingly complex care and mobility needs while facing the ongoing challenge of Medicaid reimbursement that does not fully cover the cost of providing these specialized services.

For it is in giving that we receive.
