DESCRIPTION:Explore a new theme to deepen our inner wisdom in a small group setting\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSoulCollage® is a powerful creative process that gently enables you to hear the deep wisdom of your own inner-knowing through the practice of collage art. To deepen our understanding of and break open the meaning of our SoulCollage cards\, each session  will include \n\n\n\n\n20 minutes of instruction\n\n\n\nguided meditation and card-making\n\n\n\njournaling and a brief sharing of our images\, if desired\n\n\n\n\nFirst Wednesdays\, ongoing 9:30 am – Noon. Each Monthly Session offers a different theme or follow your own inner wisdom. Wednesday May 3 theme: The Mother Within. \n\n\n\n$25/session\, includes access to basic SoulCollage supplies and a program guide for the series to facilitate creative exploration on your own between sessions. Bring additional magazines and personal images. DESCRIPTION:Online via Zoom\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAn online Book Group and Sharing Circle\n\n\n\n\nThis group will meet online via Zoom four consecutive Thursday evenings: April 20\, 27 and May 4\, & 11\, from 6:30-8PM. \n\n\n\nParticipants need to secure a copy of the book From Clutter to Clarity by Kerri Richardson to participate in this online series. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nClutter is a temper tantrum of the soul\, and it’s time to listen closely to what it’s saying. \n Kerri Richardson\n\n\n\n\n\nOnline registration is requested two weeks prior to the program \n\n\n\nOver the course of this four week small group series\, we will use author Kerri Richardson’s easy to read book\, From Clutter to Clarity\, as a guide to help us actively implement decluttering strategies. More than just a book group\, we’ll offer one another inspiration\, support\, and gentle accountability in moving through the process of actually decluttering. SUMMARY:Silence - Journey to Heartfulness
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a contemplative journey of curiosity ‘from the mind to the heart’.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRegister for this Event\n\n\n\n\nOnline registration is required by Monday\, April 10 before 9:00 a.m. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nOur morning together will include prayer and quiet reflection\, ending with circle sharing \n\n\n\nThis is a journey to explore the language of the heart. We will start this journey by simply noticing the moments throughout our life that bring joy and happiness to our lives. We will spend time in contemplation opening to these moments within our hearts. There will be time for sharing\, reflection and journaling. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nOur facilitator\, Laura Desmaris explored meditation while living in India over ten years ago. Since then she found herself drawn to Centering Prayer and has been influenced by Thomas Keating and Cynthia Bourgeault – combining all of her prayer and meditation experiences to create this offering. SUMMARY:Silence - Journey to Heartfulness
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a morning of Lenten Prayer and Contemplation. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRegister for this Event\n\n\n\n\nOnline registration is required by Monday\, March 27 before 9:00 a.m. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nOur morning together will include prayer and quiet reflection\, ending with circle sharing \n\n\n\nThis is a journey to explore the language of the heart. We will start this journey by simply noticing the moments throughout our life that bring joy and happiness to our lives. We will spend time in contemplation opening to these moments within our hearts. There will be time for sharing\, reflection and journaling. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nOur facilitator\, Laura Desmaris explored meditation while living in India over ten years ago. Since then she found herself drawn to Centering Prayer and has been influenced by Thomas Keating and Cynthia Bourgeault – combining all of her prayer and meditation experiences to create this offering. She is a Spiritual Director and has led Centering Prayer with Sr Pat Irr\, OSF in prior seasons at Tau Center. \n\n\n\nNote: Tau Center in-person offerings require masking in all public areas and current vaccinations.

SUMMARY:Wisdom of the 12 Steps for Lenten Reflection - March 16th & 23rd
DESCRIPTION:During this In Person\, Two Part Series\, we will explore a fresh way to look inward this Lent \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRegister for this Event\n\n\n\n\nDates: Thursday\, March 16 and March 23rd from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.  \n\n\n\nOnline registration is required by Monday\, March 14 – there is one registration for both days \n\n\n\nOver the two sessions\, we will learn ways to apply insights from the 12 Steps during our Lenten journey. With a gentle framework for self-evaluation and personal growth\, this perspective offers a fresh approach to this season of reflection. Tammy will begin each session with an introduction\, followed by time for personal reflection and optional group sharing. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTammy Winn holds a graduate degree in Religious Studies. She works as a recording artist\, contemplative writer\, and presenter. Tammy also has experience teaching theology and directing youth and young adult ministries. SUMMARY:Silence - Journey to Heartfulness
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a morning of Lenten Prayer and Contemplation. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRegister for this Event\n\n\n\n\nOnline registration is required by Monday\, March 13 before 9:00 a.m. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nOur morning together will include prayer and quiet reflection\, ending with circle sharing \n\n\n\nThis is a journey to explore the language of the heart. We will start this journey by simply noticing the moments throughout our life that bring joy and happiness to our lives. We will spend time in contemplation opening to these moments within our hearts. There will be time for sharing\, reflection and journaling. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nOur facilitator\, Laura Desmaris explored meditation while living in India over ten years ago. Since then she found herself drawn to Centering Prayer and has been influenced by Thomas Keating and Cynthia Bourgeault – combining all of her prayer and meditation experiences to create this offering. She is a Spiritual Director and has led Centering Prayer with Sr Pat Irr\, OSF in prior seasons at Tau Center. \n\n\n\nNote: Tau Center in-person offerings require masking in all public areas and current vaccinations.
