DESCRIPTION:A Morning of Reflection\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRegister for this Event\n\n\n\n\n\nSaturday June 14th 9am-Noon\, doors open at 8:45am\n\n\n\n$25 – registration requested two weeks prior\n\n\n\nOur morning ends at noon\, but you are welcome to bring a lunch and stay for more conversation together on the patio in the St Clare Garden\n\n\n\n\nThis contemplative program invites you to embark on a journey of inner discovery through the ancient and transformative practice of walking the labyrinth. \n\n\n\nThrough guided exercises and quiet time for personal reflection\, you will explore the labyrinth as a metaphor for life’s journey\, deepening your connection to your inner self\, the relationships in your life\, and to the Divine. This program provides an opportunity for spiritual growth\, mindfulness\, and renewal in a peaceful and supportive environment. \n\n\n\nWeather permitting\, parts of the program will take place outdoors\, enhancing the experience with the beauty and tranquility of nature. The practice involves a physical element\, including walking and movement\, so participants should feel comfortable with gentle physical activity. This program is limited to 10 participants\, to ensure a balance of shared moments and individual spaciousness. \n\n\n\nWhether you are seeking clarity\, solace\, or simply time to reflect\, this program offers a sacred space for exploration and discovery. \n\n\n\nNo prior labyrinth experience required! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout Our Presenter \n\n\n\nKaren Bychowski is passionate about guiding others to explore and live out the greatest purpose\, offering both Individual Spiritual Direction (in person and virtual) and Personal Retreat Days. Previous programs at Tau Center have included Finding Meaning in the Second Half of Life and Living in Alignment. \n\n\n\nFor nearly 20 years Karen traveled extensively across the United States and around the world\, helping large organizations navigate change as part of her work with a Global Fortune 100 Consulting Company. After prayerful discernment\, she left her corporate job to follow a deeper calling she felt from God. \n\n\n\nKaren completed her training in Spiritual Direction through the Hesychia School of Spiritual Direction and is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation.

DESCRIPTION:An ongoing small group dedicated to a deeper self-inquiry based on the SoulCollage process\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSoulCollage® is a powerful creative process that gently enables you to hear the deep wisdom of your own inner-knowing through the practice of collage art. This soul-tending practice honors one’s personal journey\, while promoting personal growth and self-discovery. To deepen our understanding of and break open the meaning of our SoulCollage cards\, each session will begin with an short introduction of the theme followed by guided meditation and setting our intention\, before transitioning to card-making. Our day will conclude with witness journaling and a brief sharing of our images\, if desired. \n\n\n\nWorking silently within the group energy\, we honor our own inner voice\, allowing our unique creative process to lead us on our unique path. Our gathering offers a safe and supportive space for exploration and discovery in an intimate and ongoing group setting. \n\n\n\nThis small group does not include teachings in the SoulCollage Process but offers space for exploration. All are welcome – experience in SoulCollage not required! \n\n\n\n$25/session\, includes access to basic SoulCollage supplies and a program guide for the series to facilitate creative exploration on your own between sessions. Bring additional magazines and personal images. A copy of “Into the Heart of SoulCollage” is suggested\, but not required \n\n\n\nOnline registration closes one week prior to each session.Register separately for each monthly session\, come to one or all\, as your schedule allows.  \n\n\n\n\nRegister for this Event\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSharon Devo is a certified SoulCollage and Open Studio Process Facilitator\, Spiritual Director and Retreat Guide. She completed training in Expressive Arts Facilitation at Abbey of the Arts in 2017. In addition to her work as Director at Tau Center\, Sharon’s professional experience ranges from co-active coaching/training & development to driving a FedEx Truck . Her personal practice includes art-making\, meditation and garden design. She completed the three year program “Spiritual Deepening for Global Transformation” at Christine Center and remains committed to companioning all on their spiritual journey of awakening.

DESCRIPTION:An ongoing small group dedicated to a deeper self-inquiry based on the SoulCollage process\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSoulCollage® is a powerful creative process that gently enables you to hear the deep wisdom of your own inner-knowing through the practice of collage art. This soul-tending practice honors one’s personal journey\, while promoting personal growth and self-discovery. To deepen our understanding of and break open the meaning of our SoulCollage cards\, each session will begin with an short introduction of the theme followed by guided meditation and setting our intention\, before transitioning to card-making. Our day will conclude with witness journaling and a brief sharing of our images\, if desired. \n\n\n\nWorking silently within the group energy\, we honor our own inner voice\, allowing our unique creative process to lead us on our unique path. Our gathering offers a safe and supportive space for exploration and discovery in an intimate and ongoing group setting. \n\n\n\nThis small group does not include teachings in the SoulCollage Process but offers space for exploration. All are welcome – experience in SoulCollage not required! \n\n\n\n$25/session\, includes access to basic SoulCollage supplies and a program guide for the series to facilitate creative exploration on your own between sessions. Bring additional magazines and personal images. A copy of “Into the Heart of SoulCollage” is suggested\, but not required \n\n\n\nOnline registration closes one week prior to each session.Register separately for each monthly session\, come to one or all\, as your schedule allows.  \n\n\n\n\nRegister for this Event\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSharon Devo is a certified SoulCollage and Open Studio Process Facilitator\, Spiritual Director and Retreat Guide. DESCRIPTION:Life after 60 – Inner Renewal\, Growth and Fulfillment\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRegister for this Event\n\n\n\n\n\nSaturday March 29\, 2025 9am – 3:30 pm in-person at Tau Center\n\n\n\nPlus Two online sessions via zoom Wed April 9th and April 16 at 6:30pm\n\n\n\n$75.00 lunch is not included\, bring your own\n\n\n\nOnline Registration Required by March 14th\, space is limited\n\n\n\n\n\nThe experience of aging is itself a doorway to spiritual practice\, one that transcends any particular religion or faith. \n-Lewis Richmond\, Aging as a Spiritual Practice\n\n\n\nOpen yourself to life after 60 as an unprecedented period of growth\, fulfillment and inner renewal. In this workshop we will frame aging as a spiritual practice that can help us to focus on positive aspects of aging that transcend culture\, age and time. And we’ll explore how to let go of aging-related fears\, practical guidelines and practices for choosing inner peace throughout life\, the role resilience plays in graceful aging\, creative envisioning\, redefining purpose and how to relax\, look deeply and let go in the death and dying process. \n\n\n\nThe first day of this three-part series will be held at the Tau Center\, followed by two Zoom workshops. This workshop experience will include instructor presentation\, discussion\, writing/ journaling\, and time for reflection. \n\n\n\n\n50 and beyond is a time of soul-making. People throughout the world are now living longer as part of a Divine plan – we’re being given an extra 20 – 30 years of life so that we can evolve and access deeper levels of consciousness that we can then share with the world to help others – to mentor others and become stewards and guardians of the world. \n– From Age-ing to Sage-ing by Zalman Schachter-Shalomi\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout Our Presenter \n\n\n\nElizabeth Lewis is a certified grief support specialist\, grief educator\, trauma sensitive HeartMath provider\, stress resilience trainer\, spiritual counselor and motivational speaker. She is trained in mindfulness-based stress reduction\, a modality that includes therapeutic yoga. Elizabeth travels extensively in the United States and Italy presenting talks and workshops on a wide variety of subjects including trauma healing\, resilience-building\, forgiveness facilitation\, and healing art and writing. She is a blog writer for the grief support site\, rememberingalife.com and a wellness provider with Heal.me.

It’s the way you carry it. \n\n\n\n– Lena Horne \n\n\n\n\nProfessional care-giving can compromise your resilience – your capacity to prepare for\, recover from and adapt in the face of stress\, challenge and adversity. Secondary trauma\, compassion fatigue\, and a heightened risk for chronic physical\, spiritual disconnect and mental health issues are just some of the many signs of caregiver stress. \n\n\n\nIn this workshop you will experience a variety of stress resilience and relaxation practices aimed at helping you renew your energy and inner balance throughout the work day.
