DESCRIPTION:A Time of Lenten Reflection\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRemember who you are and the dignity you bear.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n“You are a dwelling place of the Most High God…You have a voice…You are a witness…You bear no shame…You are known…You are restored…You are made for contentment…You honor Christ…You can stand tall…You can pray boldly…Your presence matters…You were made for resurrection joy.”  \nColleen C. Mitchell\n\n\n\n\nRegister for this Event\n\n\n\n\n\n\nOnline registration is requested two weeks prior to the program \n\n\n\nJoin us for a time of reflection this Lent as we look at three women in the Gospel who uniquely encountered Christ: the woman caught in Adultery\, the sinful woman who anoints Jesus\, and the Syrophoenician woman. Their beautiful ancient stories hold timeless messages for us. \n\n\n\nDrawing from depictions provided in the book Who Does He Say You Are? Women Transformed by Christ\, by Colleen C. Mitchell\, we will be inspired to let the Love of God enter our lives in a new way this holy season. (Participants don’t need to read this book in order to attend.) \n\n\n\nThis program will use prayer\, contemplation\, and guided discussion to help us prepare the way for our own encounters with Christ. Mark your calendars and invite your friends! \n\n\n\n\n\nAdditional opportunity: Consider continuing your time of Lenten reflection with an afternoon silent retreat at Tau Center\, from noon to 3pm. Bring a lunch and enjoy quiet space inside and/or the beautiful grounds outside. Separate registration is required for this part.
