The position is for an experienced Boiler Plant Supervisor (Plant Supervisor) familiar with standard plant operation procedures. The Plant Supervisor must have knowledge and background in high and low pressure steam plant operations, emergency power systems, fire/life safety support systems, commercial chilled-water plants, and large scale air handling equipment. Proper maintenance, operation, safety, and record keeping for all associated systems. Strong knowledge of fire alarm and building automation systems. The Plant Supervisor has primary responsible for the daily supervision and assignment of Power Plant Mechanic III’s. Experience in the budget process, vendor quotes/contracts, and building renovation a plus.
