OLA Licensed Practical Nurse
Under the direction of the RN Manager, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides safe nursing care to meet the needs of individual sisters and promotes optimal functioning. The LPN maintains an atmosphere conducive to religious life and helps provide for a safe environment. The position requires the ability to perform assigned task, neatly, skillfully, and in a timely manner. The LPN needs skilled experience working with geriatric patients, memory care, and promotion of aging in place, and age-related diseases/conditions. Some sisters are more physically and mentally compromised, others need less assistance.
