through contemplation and action:

• To leadership in issues of justice, peace and integrity of creation.
  
• To conscious use and sharing of resources that are faithful to our values of sustainability, solidarity and collaboration.
  
• To live compassionately and creatively in the chaos and brokenness of the Church and the world.
  
• To grapple courageously with the challenges of the changing face of the province.
  
• To integrate the Circle Process as a respectful holding of one another and as a form of shared leadership.
